What to do when you lost something?

• Search for your lost item in the below search area
• Describe the item in order to confirm if it is really belonging to you
• Hertz will contact you
• You can pick up your item free of charge at the Hertz location where the item has been found
• You tell us when you want to pick up your item (time & date)
• Alternatively you can have your item send to your home address, postal costs apply.
• You can arrange the payment of postal costs online when applicable
